Radisson Resort & Spa Hua Hin

We had a wonderful stay and were fortunate enough to get an upgrade on one of our rooms. Being a family of 6 it made for a much more comfortable stay. Activities for the kids were terrific and great to have a wide variety of things for the the kids to do. Breakfast was always enjoyable and also not too far from local restaurants.

The location was great, close to tons of restaurants at 7:11 lots of massage options and if you’re feeling adventurous, you can go to the left when you exit the resort and it’s all authentic Thai food at extremely cheap prices. All the restaurants on the strip are more costly as it’s the main strip for this area. The tide was too high, so there was no beach, which was a shame as I booked this place for the beach but other than that we were really happy. The pool is great and Mr. Pang was amazing. He made the stay at the resort that much more enjoyable. He went above and beyond for my three girls, and he made a big difference. The pool however, was also chosen for its really great slide, which unfortunately, we were not able to use due to its condition. There’s massive pieces of the slide missing so when you went down it, it tore off your skin. I brought this to the attention of the staff numerous times hoping that there would be some sort of repair done, but there was not Mr. Pang did mention that it was going to be replaced in the new year. They have an outdoor movie night on a big screen on the grass which my kids really enjoyed and for a while the arcade was allowing free games, which was a total bonus. We didn’t eat very much at the resort as the prices are much higher, but we did enjoy some pizza and some poolside beverages.

The view was stunning The family room was perfect, spacious with bunk beds for the kids and fantastic value for money. Breakfast was one of the best I've had with so much choice and a dedicated kids section. The manager and staff were so helpful and kind to us and quickly got in touch to solve problems.... I highly reccomend you seeking the manager or contacting through booking if you have any issues with anything at all as they will go above and beyond to fix things for you! Lots to do for the kids around the pool with the water slide and the kids club toys (Frisbee, balls, water guns etc) that are free to use. Movie theatre with three movies a day and a ps5 with fifa on are all free to use and kept the kids entertained. Although you'll need a grab to access the nighr market (worth a visit!) there is a 7-11, lots of massage a food places right outside so you don't have to go far to experience local life! This is a "fully self-contained" resort which caters in particular for kids.There are numerous activities and rooms for them - even an ice cream stand! There is a small village containing restaurants, massage shops and a 7/Eleven a short walk (100m) away. The room rate was not excessive. Good breakfast, although a bit overcrowded on the weekend when there were 3 busloads there as well as the private weekenders from Bangkok.

The resort was highly kid friendly with a mini-theater, kids club, a pool with different depths and a slide, and food services catered to children. The staff were professional and welcoming. They enjoyed seeing the kids. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. An overall great experience.
